In purchasing this software product you are granted a nonexclusive License to use the software product on one computer or one partition. 2. DAVIS SOFTWARE SERVICES, INC. retains title and ownership to the software product. The software product may not be modified. 3. Duplication of the software product for any purpose, other than back up protection is a violation of the copyright laws of the United States of America and the laws of other countries. 4. Reverse engineering of this product is not allowed and is a violation of the copyright laws of the United States of America and the laws of other countries. Limited Warranty The Programmer in a Box® is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
