DAVIS SOFTWARE SERVICES, INC. provides the Programmer in a Box® programming products* and licenses its use worldwide. You assume responsibility for the selection of the Programmer in a Box® to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use and results obtained from it.

Terms

1. In purchasing this software product you are granted a nonexclusive License to use the software product on one computer and/or one partition.

2. DAVIS SOFTWARE SERVICES, INC. retains title and ownership to the software product. The software product may not be modified.

3. Duplication of the software product for any purpose, other than back up protection is a violation of the copyright laws of the United States of America and the laws of other countries.

4. Reverse engineering of this product is not allowed and is a violation of the copyright laws of the United States of America and the laws of other countries.

Limited Warranty

The Programmer in a Box® is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Programmer in a Box® is with you should the Programmer in a Box® prove defective, you (and not DAVIS SOFTWARE SERVICES, INC. or an authorized dealer) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Some states will not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state

General

You may not sublicense, assign or transfer this license without written permission from DAVIS SOFTWARE SERVICES, INC. Any attempt otherwise to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder is void,

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
